Delayed flights
Over 15 minutes
You can help yourself and us a great deal by calling us as soon
as you become aware of your flight being delayed.
Then call again when you start to board your aircraft to depart to Kansas City
Delays are difficult for all of us. We will await your arrival unless
  we are booked with another customer and your delayed flight will force us to miss their pickup.
  If we need to leave the airport, we will attempt to leave you a voice mail on your cell phone
 then we will return ASAP to pick you up upon completion of their run.
  If you can not wait a few minutes just give us a call upon arrival and we will help you arrange
  immediate transportation, usually with another transportation provider.
If you missed your flight due to an airline problem or weather we will honor your reservation fully

 Our drivers schedules go out the night before your scheduled arrival or departure.
Any changes made that day will have a profound impact on our schedule
and force us to do the DRIVER SHUFFLE to get your altered flight time covered.

We close sometimes as early as 4 PM and possibly as late as 8 PM
